  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Each custom is hand painted and hand crafted so production time can vary. typically, it takes 7-10 weeks for us to complete the sneakers and ship your order. Every customer will receive personalised updates via the contact method provided at checkout.

  • Are my custom sneakers made from authentic Nike products?

    Yes! all of our custom sneakers are made with 100% authenic sneakers, supplied from reputible sources.

    please note your sneakers are not apart of any collaboration with any brands.

  • If I already have pair brand new pair of sneaker can they be used and how do I know where to send my product?

    The pair of sneakers provided must be accessed by our team before we can accept the order. This will be best done via the contact method provided(Email or social media). Our shipping address will be provided to you once you have committed to ordering.

  • I have my own design in mind, what do i do?

    If you have a design, idea or theme in mind, head to our CUSTOM ORDER tab and fill out the form to get a quote on your order and be in contact with us. Alternatively , feel free to contact us via any social media or email to discuss your design.

  • What is the price for a custom design?

    The price of custom orders is subject to quote .personalised customs will differ in prices due to their nature.

  • Can i return my custom sneakers?

    Since each custom order is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defeact or error on our end.

  • Are your custom sneakers durable for everyday use?

    Seeing as our custom sneakers are handpainted works of art and not factory made. They aren't designed for rigirous use. daily wear is aceptable within reason, please wear with this in consideration.
